About Me

I love the initial phases of design that focus on research and strategy, and I can hold my own in Figma and UI design. Service design has always piqued my curiosity, and I would like to explore projects that integrate the physical and digital spaces. I’m also a human who is passionate about finding the flakiest laminated pastry, researching what to eat (and photograph) while traveling, and anti-MLM education.

• Designed a working prototype for a customer-facing mobile pickup experience in collaboration with an agile engineering team. It was used by the fulfillment team to develop the app pickup experience during COVID-19.
• Facilitated the integration of the engineering intern team into the design process through sessions which focused on research, synthesis, and prototype validation through field user research.

• Managed and facilitated a 5-person, multi-year student team on a week long collaborative design blitz, in partnership with the Ugandan Water Project, to develop solutions for hand washing education in Ugandan schools through cultural relevance and user research.

• As a UX Intern Team of One, collaborated with the research team, developers and marketing on implementing new solutions on the organization’s web financial tools, and field facing apps through research, user interviews, and wireframe prototyping.
